INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop of Classic Unflavoured No-Nonsense Plant Protein
- Leftover veggies
- 1 cup almond buttermilk
- 1 flax egg
- Salt as per taste
HOW TO MAKE
Flax Egg - Add 1 tbsp flax seed powder mixed in 3tbsp cold water and let it sit in the fridge for 15 mins until you get an egg like consistency.
Almond Buttermilk - Add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar to 1 cup almond milk and let it sit for 10 mins.
High-Protein Dosa - Mix oat flour, protein powder, almond buttermilk, flag egg and salt together. Add some water if required. On a pan, spread the batter the way you make dosa. Top with the leftover veggies and cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip the dosa and cook for a few minutes. Serve with any chutney and enjoy!
