There’s nothing better than this mango mug cake.
Protein-packed, gut-friendly, and ridiculously easy to whip up. 👩🍳
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Ratnagiri mango pulp 🥭
1 scoop Cosmix Ratnagiri Mango Protein 💪🏼
2 tbsp all-purpose flour or oat flour
½ tsp baking powder 🥄
1 tbsp maple syrup/coconut sugar/jaggery powder
1 tbsp neutral oil (like coconut or sunflower)
2 tbsp plant milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
A pinch of cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
Recipe:
In a microwave-safe mug, add and mix:
Mango pulp
Cosmix Ratnagiri Mango Protein
Flour
Baking powder
Sweetener
Oil
Plant milk
Cardamon/Cinnamon
And stir it into a smooth consistency 🧑🍳
Pop into the microwave for 1 min 30 sec in 30-second intervals (or until the top is firm and cooked through).
